How to control your date range and calendar views

Switch between view formats and understand how the date you pick affects what you see.

Step 1: Choose a view format

At the top right of the calendar, you'll see five view options:

  • Day - a single day

  • 3 Day - three days

  • Week - a full week (Monday to Sunday)

  • Agenda - a list-style week view (Monday to Sunday)

  • Timeline - a week-long timeline (Monday to Sunday)

Click any option to switch.

Step 2: Pick a date

Use the mini calendar at the bottom left to select a date. You can only pick one day at a time.

You can also use the following at the top of your calendar page:

  • Today - jump to the current date

  • Arrows (left/right) - move backward or forward

Step 3: Understand how the date shapes your view

The date you select works differently depending on which view you're in:

  • Day view - shows the exact day you picked

  • 3 Day view - shows three days starting from the date you picked

  • Week view - shows the full Monday-Sunday week containing your date. If you pick Wednesday, you'll see that whole Monday to Sunday.

  • Agenda view - same as Week view: starts from the Monday of the week containing your date.

  • Timeline view - same again: shows the Monday-Sunday week containing your date, even if you select Thursday.

Quick tip!

If you want to view a specific day, use Day or 3 Day view. For a broader overview, Week, Agenda, or Timeline will always snap to the full Monday-Sunday week, no matter which weekday you click.
