Step 1. Enter your email address in the field shown, then click Continue.
Step 2: Click the "Forgot password?" link
Step 3: Confirm your email address again and select Send reset instructions.
Step 4: Check your inbox for a password reset email from Appointedd. This usually arrives within a few seconds (check spam/junk if it doesn't show up).
Step 5: Click the reset link in the email - it will take you to a page where you can set a new password. This link will remain valid for 24 hours.
Step 6: Choose a strong new password, confirm it, and click Reset password.
And you're done! Return to the sign-in page and log in with your new password.
A few tips:
If you don't receive the reset email, double-check you're using the same email address your account was created with.
The reset link will expire after 24 hours, so use it promptly. If you don't reset your password within this timeframe, you will need to follow this process again.
If your organisation manages your account via Google Sign-In (the "Continue with Google" option), you won't have a separate Appointedd password at all - you'd reset your password through your Google account instead.
If your organisation manages your account via SAML SSO (the "Sign in with SSO" option), you won't have a separate Appointedd password at all - you'd need to reset your password through whichever identity provider your organisation uses (this could be Google Workspace, Microsoft/Azure AD, Okta, or another SSO provider).
