You may need a widget's ID for a number of reasons, for example setting up a custom domain. This guide shows where to find it in the legacy back office. It's currently not available in the Hub.
Four steps to follow:
In the legacy back office, go to Setup → Booking Tools → Manage booking widgets.
Find the widget you need in the list and click on its name.
This opens the widget's edit page. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar - the widget ID is the string at the end of the URL, after
/apps/v2/.For example:
https://app.appointedd.com/business/apps/v2/abcdefg1234567
Here, the widget ID is:
abcdefg1234567
Copy this ID and paste it wherever it's needed.
