There are three options for disconnecting or pausing the Yext integration, depending on your needs:
Option 1: Temporarily stop the sync on a single account
If you want to pause syncing without fully disabling the integration:
Navigate to Connect > Connect with Yext in your Appointedd account.
Toggle all sync options to "Off" (e.g. address sync, reservation URL, store closures).
Press Save changes.
Repeat these steps for any other Appointedd accounts where you wish to pause syncing.
Option 2: Unmap a single Appointedd Account from a Yext Entity
If you need to disconnect a specific Appointedd account from its mapped Yext Location Entity:
Navigate to Connect > Connect with Yext in the Appointedd account you want to unmap.
In the "Map Your Yext Account" section, click Remove Entity Mapping.
Confirm that you wish to remove the mapping.
Repeat these steps for any additional accounts you wish to unmap.
Option 3: Fully disconnect all Appointedd accounts from Yext
If you want to disconnect all Appointedd accounts entirely from Yext:
Log in to your Yext account.
Navigate to Apps > Your Integrations.
Click Appointedd and select Uninstall.
Note:
When you uninstall the Appointedd integration from Yext, an email alert about the disconnection will be sent to the Business email address field in each Appointedd business profile.
If the same email address is used across multiple accounts, you will receive multiple emails - one for each disconnected account.
