You’ll be guided through the setup process step-by-step to add the essential information to your account:

  • Opening times are the days and times that your business as a whole is open for business.
  • Services are what your business provides to your customers. You will be prompted to enter at least one service, but you can change this or add more at any time. See more about services here.
  • Resources are the person or thing whose time is being booked, so they can be staff members, rooms, equipment or anything that is necessary for the service to take place. You should assign to the resource the services which it can provide. See more about resources here

If you don’t want to complete all your opening times, services or resources right away you can add or change any of these details at any time by logging in to your account at app.appointedd.com.

How to make bookings

You can add a booking to your calendar by clicking the empty slot in the day or by clicking add booking. Follow the steps to choose the category, service, resource, date and time and select an existing or create a new customer.

You can also take bookings online from your dedicated microsite or using our booking widgets on your business website or Facebook page.

Subscribe to Appointedd

Our pricing is simple and we base it on your use of Appointedd. Depending on your usage, you subscibe to however many bundles you need. Each bundle gives you access to one resource, one user and three booking widgets for your website and Facebook page. You can see your usage and your required bundles on your billing page.
