We're excited to be introducing waitlists to help provide valuable insight into customer demand

A waitlist allows customers to register their interest for an appointment or event that is currently unavailable.

Rather than losing the customer entirely, a waitlist keeps them engaged and in line for when availability opens up. When it goes, customers can be automatically notified and given the opportunity to book - reducing the risk of lost sales and improving the overall customer experience.

Staff can enable the waitlist function per event or service

Customers can click to join a waitlist during the booking flow

Customers can receive notifications at every key stage of their waitlist journey - when they join, when a slot becomes available, when they're on the real event/service, and when they cancel.

Staff can move customers from the waitlist onto the real event/service.
