What is it?
Custom Content lets you override the copy and text strings shown throughout the booking flow - things like button labels, headers, error messages, and confirmation text - so your widget can sound more like your brand and less like us.
What will it let you do?
The exact set of customisable strings is still being finalised, but once available we're thinking you should be able to tailor wording such as:
Custom headers on steps like Location, Services, and Availability
Button labels (e.g. "Select," "Confirm," "Back")
Helpful messaging, such as when there's no availability or no resources left
Form field labels and validation messages
Confirmation and error step messaging
Why does this matter?
Your booking widget is often a customer's first hands-on interaction with your brand. Custom Content means the language throughout that journey can match your tone of voice, not a generic default.
What's next?
Just hold tight! We're still scoping out this feature 🔍 - but rest assured it's coming and we're working out exactly how it'll come together so it's simple for you to manage.
