Coming next! 💸 Multi-Service Bookings

We're building a multiple services booking journey - no more booking each service separately!

What is it?

Multi-service bookings will let a customer select more than one service (for example, a massage and a facial) and book them together as one combined appointment, in one go.

How will it work?

We anticipate...

  • Customers pick multiple services before checking availability

  • Appointedd will automatically search for a time slot long enough to cover all selected services combined

  • One slot is reserved, one confirmation is sent, and one payment is taken for the whole appointment

  • Any deposits across the selected services are combined and clearly broken down for the customer

  • If services have different booking questions, these are grouped together in checkout so nothing is asked twice

What will it look like for customers?

We anticipate...

  1. Select multiple services from the booking page

  2. Review a summary showing the combined duration and total price

  3. Choose an available time slot for the whole appointment

  4. Complete one checkout, with one payment

What will it look like for businesses?

We anticipate...

  • Multi-service appointments appear as a single, clearly grouped booking in your schedule and reports

  • You'll be able to see how many bookings use this new flow and the average number of services per booking

  • Confirmation emails can be set up as one combined email, or separate emails per service

Good to know

We anticipate...

  • This feature will be available on the latest version of the booking widget (2.0) only

  • Services are booked back-to-back within one visit - each service keeps its own duration, deposit, and question set behind the scenes

  • Recurring bookings won't be supported through this flow initially

  • We'll be trialling this with our Beta Club first before it becomes available more widely
