If you’re new to Appointedd and don’t yet have any customer records, you can import your existing customers from FreeAgent.
This allows you to start using Appointedd right away with your existing contacts.
Once imported, you’ll be able to search for customers when creating bookings, and the system can automatically send email and/or SMS confirmations using the contact details stored in each customer record.
Important ⚠️ Only import customers from FreeAgent if your Appointedd CRM is empty. Importing when you already have customers may create duplicate records.
To import your customers:
Select the Customers tab
Click Import customers...
Choose Import from FreeAgent
