You can import your customers from FreeAgent to your Appointedd CRM. It's best to do this if you're new to Appointedd and have 0 customers in your Appointedd account.
If you have not yet connected your FreeAgent account, please follow our steps here.
To import your customers:
Select the "Customers" tab in Appointedd
Click "Import customers..."
Choose "Import from FreeAgent"

There are a few rules so I recommend being sure on these:
Manually adding customers in your Appointedd CRM, will create them in FreeAgent.
Manually adding customers in FreeAgent, will not create them in Appointedd. This is where the "Import from FreeAgent" button works well, so you can add all your customers from FreeAgent into Appointedd.
Clicking "Import from FreeAgent" again and again, will not keep adding in records even if you've changed the contact details.
Manually deleting customers in Appointedd, will not delete them in FreeAgent.
Likewise, manually deleting customers in FreeAgent, will not delete them in Appointedd.
If you have imported customers from FreeAgent, and then consequently deleted them in Appointedd, importing them again will not work.
Editing customer records in Appointedd, will update them in FreeAgent.
Editing customer records in FreeAgent, will not update them in Appointedd.
The customer details that we pass to FreeAgent, are first name, last name, email, and contact number. Additional CRM fields that you create in Appointedd (like DOB, address, postcode) will not be shared to FreeAgent, but you can edit invoices before sending them. Please find video below:
