Be default, your services in app.appointedd.com will not be listed in your console at console.appointedd.com, because these are two separate environments.
You can create a service blueprint and attach an existing service to it, in order to start controlling the service via the console.
Steps to follow
In the left-hand side navigation, go to "Services".
Hit "Create Blueprint".
Fill out all the service blueprint information
If you're happy with how your existing service is currently labelled, described etc, then make sure you match this information in the form.
Select the accounts where you want this service to appear, choosing the right category and resources.
Before saving your service blueprint, you'll notice there's a service column with dropdown options. It should show you a list of all your existing services. Select the service you want the blueprint to start controlling.
Select "Save Blueprint".
A pop up message will appear, advising that the blueprint will be where you control the service. If you're happy to proceed, click "Yes, Associate Existing Services".
