Managing an existing service from the console
Services created in app.appointedd.com don't automatically appear in your console at console.appointedd.com. To manage an existing service from the console, you'll need to create a service blueprint and link it to that service. A blueprint is a console-level template that controls how a service behaves across your accounts.
Steps to follow
In the left-hand navigation, go to Services.
Click Create Blueprint.
Fill out the blueprint details (name, description, and so on).
Tip: if you want to keep your existing service's name, description, and other details unchanged, copy them into the form exactly so nothing shifts when the blueprint takes over.
Select the accounts where you want this service to appear, and choose the appropriate category and resources for each.
In the form, you'll see a Service column with a dropdown for each account. This lists your existing services - select the one you want this blueprint to control.
Click Save Blueprint.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, letting you know that the blueprint will become the place where you manage this service going forward. To proceed, click Yes, Associate Existing Services.
And you're done!
