Managing an existing resource from the console
Resources created in app.appointedd.com don't automatically appear in your console at console.appointedd.com. To manage an existing resource from the console, you'll need to create a resource blueprint and link it to that resource. A blueprint is a console-level template that controls how a resource behaves across your accounts.
Steps to follow
In the left-hand navigation, go to Resources.
Click Create Blueprint.
Fill out the blueprint details (name, emails, addresses, and so on).
Tip: if you want to keep your existing resource's name, description, and other details unchanged, copy them into the form exactly so nothing shifts when the blueprint takes over.
Select the accounts where you want this resource to appear.
In the form, you'll see a Resource column with a dropdown for each account. This lists your existing resources - select the one you want this blueprint to control.
Click Save Blueprint.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, letting you know that the blueprint will become the place where you manage this resource going forward. To proceed, click Yes, Associate Existing Resources.
