Introducing your new microsite

Learn more about the new microsite pages and why we updated them

We're pleased to announce that our new booking pages are now live. This update replaces the previous microsite booking pages and marks the start of a stronger, more flexible foundation for the future.

Why we made the change

The old booking pages had served us well for a long time, but the technology behind them - the underlying library, framework, and language version - had reached end of life. That meant no further security patches or compliance support, which put us at increasing risk the longer we continued to run on it. Moving to a new, actively supported platform was necessary to keep things secure and compliant going forward.

Can I revert back?

Because the old pages were built on infrastructure that is no longer supported, we're not able to restore them. This update is a one-way move, but it's one that opens the door to real improvements...

What is better?

Beyond the security and compliance benefits, this change gives us a chance to build something genuinely better for everyone using it:

  1. Greater customisation – the new pages support a much wider range of customisation options than the previous microsites allowed, giving organisations more control over how their booking experience looks and works.

  2. Improved accessibility - the pages have been built with accessibility as a priority from the ground up.

  3. Mobile responsive design - the new pages adapt properly to any screen size, offering a smoother experience for users booking on the go.

How do I access my new microsite?

In the new Appointedd Hub. When exploring the Hub, you'll find the organisation option within a sub-menu (Administration > Organisation > Microsite). At the moment, this sub-menu doesn't stay expanded by default, so it's easy to miss on first glance. We're aware of this and are already looking at ways to make it more obvious.

Your feedback matters

This release is just the starting point. Our goal is for these new pages to become the basis of something even stronger, and your feedback will help shape that.

If you spot something that doesn't work as expected, or have ideas for what you'd like to see next, please get in touch via our support chat, as we're actively listening and iterating.

Thank you for your patience as we made this transition, and we're excited for you to explore what's new.
