👀What are the service categories
Service categories make the booking journey for your customers clearer and allows the business owner to organize their activities. For example, a hair and beauty salon may have one category called Haircuts with all the different styles allocated to it, and another category called Beauty and Nails with all the treatments that they offer categorized to it.
⚙️ How to create a new category
Hover over Your business tab
Select Services
Click the Add category button and input a name
Now, whenever you create a new service you will be asked which category it should be placed in.
If you wish to edit a category then you can do so by clicking on the pencil icon next to the category name.
⬇️ How to move a service to a different category
To move a service to a different service category, please follow the steps below:
Head to Setup and select Manage services
Turn the toggle on which says drag and drop
Grab the service you would like to move by clicking and holding the three lines next to its name
Drag the service to category you would like to move it to
Turn the toggle for drag and drop off
Misson complete 🎉
