To allow more than one customer to book onto a slot, head to your service's Type of Service section and set your Occupancy, ensuring Allow others to join group booking is set to ON:

Additionally, check the booking on the calendar to see if online booking is enabled:

This will allow customers to book onto a service that still has spaces left.
