Please note that this guide applies to Zoom Meetings. If you wish to setup a Zoom Webinar you should read this article.
⚙️ Steps required to enable Zoom on a service
To ensure that Zoom Meetings are only created for the appropriate bookings in Appointedd i.e. to make sure a Zoom Meeting isn't created for an in-person meeting, you should turn on this setting for the appropriate services in Appointedd:
Go to the Setup tab and select Manage services
Click the pencil icon next to the appropriate existing service or click add service to create a new one
Expand Type of service
Scroll to the bottom to find the Zoom section
Flip the slider to on
Click save service
Repeat for any service which you wish to create a Zoom Meeting.
