Step-by-step:

  • Head over to Connect and select Connect with Zoom

  • Click on Zoom Meetings

  • Check that the resource who has been assigned the booking has a Zoom user assigned to them.

  • If the resource has been assigned to a Zoom user, please check the service by going to Setup and selecting Manage services. From here click on the pencil icon to edit the service. Scroll down to the Type of service section and check that the toggle for Zoom meetings is turned on

  • This should ensure all future bookings for this service and resource automatically generate a Zoom link

  • If the toggle was already turned on, click on the customer's booking and click on their name to jump to their customer profile

  • From here click on communications and check their confirmation email to see if a Zoom link was included. If it was, then there is no problem and you can direct the customer to this email

  • If there is no link in the email, please ask the resource on the booking to check their Zoom account to see if a meeting has been created for this booking

  • If a Zoom meeting has been generated please send the link to join the meeting to the customer and then get in touch with our 24/7 support team to say that emails aren't including the Zoom link

  • If a Zoom meeting hasn't been generated, please ask the resource to schedule a meeting in Zoom and then update the location field within the customer's booking. when doing so they will be asked if a modification email should be sent, in which they should select yes. This will then send an updated email with the Zoom link to the customer. Please then get in touch with Appointedd's 24/7 support to say that Zoom meetings aren't being generated for this service
