A customer can't find their Zoom link. What should I do?

Step 1: you can direct them to their emails where they should have an email confirmation or reminder (if turned on), that includes the Zoom link.

Step 2: If they can't find these emails, you can click on their booking within the Appointedd calendar and copy the Zoom link next to "Join Meeting".

Step 3: You can then click onto the customer name e.g. "Ivan Acosta" and copy their email. Message them the Zoom link from outside Appointedd.
