A customer can't find their Zoom link. What should I do?

Step-by-step:

  • Firstly, you can direct them to their emails where they should have a confirmation that includes the Zoom link

  • If they can't find it, you can click on their bookings within the Appointedd calendar and copy the Zoom link

  • You can then click on the customer tab within the booking and click on the three dots next to their name

  • From here you can select send direct message and email them the link to join
