Appointedd integrates with both Zoom and Microsoft Teams to allow you to connect with your customers in a quick and seamless way. Whether you are using Appointedd to conduct language classes or to advise your customers on hair and beauty products, we've got solution for you!

How to use Appointedd with Zoom Meetings

When you connect Appointedd and Zoom, web meetings are created in Zoom when a booking is made with the appropriate service and resource.

The meeting URL is included in the confirmation email to the customer, which can also include an .ics calendar file.

The Zoom link is also sent to your resource within the booking confirmation email for easy access (see more about resource notifications here) and will be added to their synched external calendar (see more about calendar sync here).

Lastly, the Zoom link will also be found in the calendar screen by clicking on the existing booking.

How to use Appointedd with Microsoft Teams

All users on your account are able to sign into their MS Teams account and assign themselves to the respective resource in Appointed. Once signed into your MS Teams account from the MS Teams integration page in Appointedd, the integration is complete.

When a customer books a service which has MS Teams enabled, they will receive a link to join the meeting in their confirmation email. This link will also be included in an email if the booking is modified, as well as in reminder emails if those are enabled.

The resource can also find the link in Appointedd and click on the booking where the meeting URL will be stored for easy access.

If you have the setting which send customers an ics. file turned on, the details of the meeting will also be included within this. You can learn all about ics. files here.
