If one of your resources was sent an email invitation to sync their external calendar, but they have not received it, please follow the steps below:
Please ask them to check their spam folder.
If the email invite is not in their spam folder, you can always resend the invitation by going to Connect > Sync your external calendar.
Here you will be able to see which resources have been sent their calendar sync invitations. Find the resource that has not received their email yet and click on Resend button next to their email.
If you can not find their resource name in the list, please click on the orange Connect calendar button and select Send invitation.
Select the resource you would like to send this invitation to and click on Send invitation.
Type in their email address and click Send invitation again.
